International Orders


Payment & Invoice

  We accept international credit and debit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, JCB, and UnionPay.

  In accordance with Taiwan's tax regulations, invoices will not be issued for international orders. A product list will be included in the package for your reference.


Shipping & Packaging


  We currently ship to: Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, South Korea, China, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany.

  International shipping is handled via 7-Eleven Cross-Border Logistics. Shipping fees are calculated based on either actual or volumetric weight—whichever is greater. Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.

  Footwear items will be charged based on volumetric weight due to shoebox packaging.

  Fragrance products (e.g., perfume, diffusers, incense, candles, sachets) and items containing batteries cannot be shipped internationally due to restrictions.

  If an order exceeds the logistics size limit, it will be split into multiple packages at no additional cost.

  By completing your order, you agree to our shipping fee calculation method and the handling of duties and logistics charges.

  For all countries except Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Macau, recipient information (including name and address) must be provided in English to avoid delays.

  Delivery time is approximately 5–7 days (including weekends and holidays), and 7–10 days for East Malaysia and Thailand.


After-Sales & Customs Duties


We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders due to lengthy shipping times and complex refund procedures.

  If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the package. We will assist you promptly.

  Refunds for defective items will be issued as store credit on the OFFSET STUDIO website.

  The declared customs value will reflect the actual product price. If your order exceeds the local duty-free threshold, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties as determined by local customs.

  We will notify you via email if there are any customs charges. If the recipient refuses or fails to pay duties by the due date, the package may be destroyed by the courier. In such cases, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

  Please ensure that all recipient information is accurate. If the package is undeliverable or returned due to incorrect information or failure to receive it, the order will be canceled without a refund.
